Maxxis Minion DHR II - 27.5x2.4 - New DH - MaxxGrip

The Maxxis Minion DHR II is a purpose built rear tire for all kinds of riding. Originally designed with Downhill racing in mind, this tire has proven to be incredibly versatile, renowned for its fast rolling speed and unmatched braking performance. Because of that versatility, the DHR II is common on trail bikes, downhill bikes, ebikes, and everything in between. Dry weather, wet weather, the DHR II doesn't care! 

Maxxis' new DH casing has increased puncture resistance, with a new protective liner in the sidewall and a stronger butyl insert at the bead to prevent pinch flats. It also now uses 120 TPI threads for a more supple ride and no increase in weight.
